The short version: AI can help expose hidden dependencies earlier, but it does not remove the need for clear ownership, explicit sequencing, and fast feedback loops. The biggest opportunity is not simply automating dependency tracking. It is using AI to make weak signals easier to see before they become delivery surprises.
